In reference to your letter of August 8, I have reported <<REDACTED>> to the Department of Health & Rehabilitation Services through the Child Abuse Hot-Line in Florida. After a long discussion with HRS officials, they made a record of our discussion, but felt they do not have sufficient information to initiate an investigation. I have notes concerning the conversation in the council file. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
