How We Identify Sources and Accounts: We have invited people to share first-hand accounts for publication while remaining anonymous. Throughout this site, we identify whether information comes from a public or official record, an account provided directly to us, a statement made to law enforcement, a second-hand report, or information that has not been independently verified.

We use “survivor” as a respectful, non-legal term for people who report experiencing harm. It is not a finding that a crime occurred or a conclusion about what any person survived. Readers and investigating authorities should evaluate each account based on the source, documentation, and corroboration presented.

Anonymous Information and First-Hand Accounts: You may provide information or a first-hand account without having your identity made public. Out of respect for your privacy, we will redact your name and directly identifying details from anything we publish unless you give us explicit permission to include them. Contact information is optional and will be used only to communicate with you about your submission.

Information submitted through this form is encrypted while being transmitted. However, encryption does not guarantee complete anonymity, and website or form providers may retain limited technical records. Please do not submit identifying information you do not want us to receive.

Why We Do Not Name the Accused Operative: We generally refer to the individual at the center of this investigation as “the accused operative” or “an accused predator”. When practical, we also redact his name from forms and documents, even when the original records are publicly available elsewhere.

This is a deliberate choice. Repeating his name could reduce serious questions about safety and accountability to political gossip. Our focus is on preventing potential harm, documenting financial relationships that could influence how people and institutions respond, and calling for an independent investigation to establish the facts and determine whether legal accountability is appropriate. Those questions belong in a formal process; not solely in the court of public opinion.
